Hello everyone,I'm looking for a flatmate to live with me (Grand Omaxe, noida sector 93b).Can move can as soon as possible. I have been living in this society for more than 2 years now and i love how quiet and self sustainable this place is :)DOs: Whatever you do within the 4 walls of your room will be none of my concern as long as it does not impede my studies.DONTs: I am currently preparing for UPSC civil services so i need quiet time to study. So i'll appreciate if you do not do any house parties or loud music. I'll return the favour by doing/not doing what you ask me to do/not do.Place: Grand omaxe, sector 93b. 2 BHK. (2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, a hall and a kitchen)Facilities: All the facilities provide in a self sustainable society are available within the society itself.Food: I've hired a domestic worker to do all the house chores like cooking, cleaning etc. We can share the rent accordingly.We can discuss and negotiate rest of the things over a phone call or your visit to this place.
