I have got lease of a 3 bedroom house in SPRINGVALE and preffer a couple or girls to share rent with me. I am living in a room at the backyard, So other 2 rooms are best for couples or girls. Monthly $400 for each room. , excluding Gas + Electric bill Carpets, Central heating, gas burners and gas grills in kitchen. For your information, I am a male-24. Call me on weekdays (7pm to 12 am)
