We are a family of 3 working professionals offering a single room with separate bathroom. The house is 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a new build and is warm from inside. The rent will only include use of one bedroom and bathroom facility to yourself (no sharing). It includes power, water and unlimited fibre broadband internet. The room is sunny, warm and furnished with brand new nz made Queen size bed, and built in wardrobe. You will have your own access from the back. The house is in prime location, Papatoetoe. Very close to train station, AUT, MIT, local shops and Hunters Plaza shopping mall. Close drive to M1 motorway, and Sylvia park,We are ideally looking for people who are quiet as this will best fit in with our lifestyle.
