Hi!I am a north Indian student studying a research degree in science. I am staying with 2 other Indian students. We have rented each rooms separetely from the landlord. There is a fully furnished( bed, microwave, fridge, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner) vacant room in our house. Landlord is looking for teenants. We would prefer if some Indian shifts there ..It is a air conditioned house and a heater is provided as well. the rent is around 115 per week inclusding electricity, Intetrnet, water, and common stuff like laundry detergents, toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid. TThe house also has a huge and green abd sunny backyard. 2 min walk to bust stop, and close to coles, subway etc.
