Hello , The Flat is a 2 BHK spacious flat , with big rooms .The flat has following amenities, -- Two attached toilet bathrooms.-- Three water tanks: 400 + 400 Liters in each of the two bathrooms & a 325 Liter tank in Kitchen.-- The Kitchen is equipped with gas , and few utensils , sufficient for every day cooking -- A Gas Geyser .-- Wall shelves in the Hall & 2nd Bedroom for storage.-- Clean & Hygienic Expected Rent : Rs 4000/- (Negotiable)Expected Deposit : Rs 12000/- (Negotiable)Besides the above , the common expenses that would occur & which will be shared amongst us is as below.-- Maintenance (450 per month ) -- TV Cable Connection (if we get a connection )-- Gas Cylinder (Once in approx 6 months => for cooking & for gas geyser (hot water))You can contact me on the below mentioned phone number Nine Eight Two Three Nine Zero Five Six Seven Three Aditya , for any more details .If you intend to visit to have a look at the flat , preferably please plan your visit in the evenings after 6 pm, as I would be free by then , call me & we can fix up the time & the meeting location.
