Hello! our housemate is gone to US so space is becoming available for a new housemate taking the room for at least one month or more, flexible dates. the space is good, with light and enough privacy for each other. we've got a living room which is great for dinners, chats and so, all is fully furnished and recently refurbished. also there's space for bikes on the basement and free parking outside. just one mn from homerton station with good connexions with victoria line, two nightbuses, lot of buses and shops around. the housemates it's us, in couple, in our 30ies, professionals and students so busy busy during the week... we are very easygoing, we like a lot to live in company but we're not often at home together. the ideal housemate is a friendly easygoing person.The rent is £540/month (council tax, bills and internet wifi included) and the deposit is £500.get in touch
