Hi! I'm Phil and i'm looking for 2 housemates for 2 awesome rooms available for rent in this 3 bedroom house in Oakleigh! The first room is a medium sized room, carpeted and comes furnished with a single bed and built in robes. The cost of this room will be $140 per week, which includes all bills: Electricity, Gas, Water and Wi Fi Internet. The second room is a small but very cozy room and comes furnished with a wardrobe and a single bed. The cost of this room will be $130 per week, which includes all bills (As above). The house is spacious, airy and well lit. There are 2 fridges, a washing machine and utensils and appliances that are shared. There is also a large backyard with an undercover patio and BBQ. The house has ducted gas heating throughout which is great in the Winter! Oakleigh is a safe area and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to either Oakleigh or Huntingdale Train Stations. It is located in Zone 1 and takes around 20-30 minutes to reach the City. It's a 15 minute walk to the local shopping centre where there is a Coles, Woolworths and many delis and fruit and vegetable shops. Oakleigh has some great Cafes and Restaurants too! Bond will be $400 and the rent is to be paid monthly in advance. As for me i'm 26 years old and work full time in IT. I love to cook and I love my music.
