I am looking for a female roomate who is willing to move in within this month (April) I moved here about 6 months ago. This is a 2BHK. 2 seperate rooms, one hall and one huge kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is friendly and there is a pool + gym. Good security and the owners are very helpful incase of any needs. Current rent - 8k + 2k maintenance (So it will be 5K each)I have installed the following amenities that id be happy to share:Vaccum cleanerWashing machineFridgeWater filterOven and inductionWater heater (installed by owner)A bit about me:I like to keep things clean and cook for myself almost everday. I work form home for the timebeing. I am hoping you’d be willing to split house tasks such as cleaning. Electricity bill and wifi is extra and will be split two ways.
