Hi I have a room for rent in Mount St Coogee. Walking distance to the beach, close to Bondi & city transport, cafes & restaurants. 20-25 minute walk to UNSW, Randwick Hospital Campus & Randwick shops Rent is 200 per week plus bills for an unfurnished room. I can help you get some cheap furniture of you need it. I don't have a home internet connection yet, but am happy to get and share one if needed. I am a single female (UNSW Alumni) & I work full time in the city. I like to have a quiet evening at home after work, with the occasional glass of wine & night out. If you are new to Sydney, I'm happy to show you around, till you figure your way out around here. I am looking for a female flatmate to share the place with.
