Great location with very good apartment complex in Cerritos available from 1st of August. (1 bed room 1 bath apartment)Apartment rent is $1000 which includes utilities viz. Gas, Water & Thrash/ Garbage. Its a month to month lease. so there is no long term lease agreement. Also, no deposit required since I already paid it. you will just need to pay the monthly rent i.e. $335 per person. (+ electricity, Internet share which is very low like $20 to $25 including both)The apartment has two $1 coin laundries. Also has 2 swimming pools.The location is excellent : 2 mins walking distance to like Los cerritos malls and other shopping complexes eat-out joints . For commuters, the bus stop (metro bus, long beach transit, norwalk transit, cerritos transit) is within few yards of distance and its 1 min close to 605 and 5-10 min close to 91.I'm a recent graduate and looking for 2 male roommates (students preferred) to share this apartment with me.If interested please reply for more details.Thanks
