Partly/fully furnished independent room with very homely atmosphere. Would suit individuals OR a couple OR a small family of husband,wife & a kid of say upto 5-10 years. Would best suit people from the IT industry from say Satyam/ Infosys/ HCL/ TCS who come for 6/9/12 mth projects/assignments. A min commitment to stay for 6 mths (higher most desired) is reqd.
