I am indian and am a student at the moment pursuing masters.My home is very clean and homey. The area is really safe and the neighbors are really friendly. I am looking for a friendly female housemate who values cleanliness and is helpful and cooperative. It is just 2 min walk from bus stop. It has really good transport service to box hill as well as to the city along with all the universities close by public transport at all days of the week.Very greenary, friendly environment, cafe just 1 minute walk, direct bus to doncaster shopping centre and blackburn shopping centre and sikh temple. It's in a very safe location and all the people around us are really good. Its best place for students at Deakin, Swinburne and MIT. This place has library, Shopping centre, park at walking distance. The train station is also at walking distance.Box hill station 5 min away by bus.Deakin uni express bus goes takes 15min to reach deakinSwinburne uni 15 minutes from box hill
