Avondale, 1 extra-large bedroom available in a three bedroom house for $220 a week.This lovely 3 bedroom house located in quiet location off Shoreham St, Avondale is very safe and secure for it’s location being in a good neighbourhood.-1 private bedroom with shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living area, laundry, yard etc. -There’s a HRV in the house and it’s fully insulated as well. Your room has large windows on three sides of the room which makes it fully vented and dry with sun rays coming in.-On-site parking space, you don’t have to park on street.-Semi furnished facility, you have to bring your own bed or we can help to arrange it. Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, oven, microwave, electric cooktop, utensils etc. You will have full freedom to cook your food at home as you like. -The reasonable usage of power, water and fibre broadband can be included at an extra cost of $40 a week or we can share the expenses, as you wish.-Easy access to main arterial routes through motorway 20 which is 2 min drive away. -Handy to town centre and all amenities.
