. This is my home near the Fairfax hospital off of Gallows road and the beltway in Annandale. Virginia 22003. A very large colonial home in a well appointed and upscale suburb. My location is near the intersection of Thor Drive and Pence Court. We are just about a half mile off Gallows Road at a Fairfax connector bus stop. We are also close , less than 5 miles to the Orange line at the Dunn Loring metro station. It is recommended that you have an automobile inorder to drive to do shopping.
We are looking for a male professional who would be interested in sharing with other educated quiet males. This is also a non- smoking household and no pets are allowed. We are a drug free and straight household, and we are party free. We do not allow overnight guests. There is ample parking as this is on a dead end street.. You should be employed by a firm such that we may verify employment and salary prior to your inspection of my home.
The rent is $ 650 for a 4 week period and a $ 650 security deposit is required. These terms are negotiable depending on the rental period. The minimum requirement is for a four week period. The rental period is open ended . You stay as long as you want . We offer you a flexable rent situation inorder to fit your needs. The rent will be pro-rated to the day of your departure. You will have a large, 20 x 15 bedroom with a walk in closet.. The bedroom is furnished with dressers , desk, chairs, lamps, and a large double bed. I do not furnish the bed linens.. The bedroom door has a keyed lock for your privacy. In addition you will have complete access to my well furnished home. This will include a complete furnished kitchen with a micro wave oven to make any meals and lunches. This kitchen exits with a sliding glass door to a 25 x 12 wooden sun deck
Then there is the dining room and living room furnished with a cable TV. Also we have a rec room with fireplace and another TV. I also provide fast internet cable service
with WIFI. Laundry with washer and dryer is also furnished. We have two complete bathrooms to share. All utilities are included. We have a
very quiet environment. Since the bed room has been wired with a cable TV
cable, you could have your own private TV situation. I might also point out that my home under the federal Fair Housing laws is exempted from laws prohibiting “familial status” discrimination.">
