The other two rooms are occupied by 2 working women and you'd be sharing the bathroom with one of them.We are looking for a female flatmate only. It's a 13 month lease, we're looking for someone with plans to stay with us longer than the summer. If you intend to leave before lease is up, you'll need to find a replacement and collect the deposit from them.
