hi, good to hear from you. it is 2 bedroom unit. me and my brother are sharing one room and the other room is available if you would like. we are Indians too and pursuing our studies. it will be just three people in the house. the rent would be including the electricity bills no matter how much electricity we use. we will pay for it. You don't need to give 4 weeks bond rather. All you have to do is pay 2 weeks rent in advance. it is fully furnished with internet and land line phone facility. All the kitchen facilities are also there. don't worry about the food we will share that. all you need is to get your luggage. this place is really very nice and once you live there you would definately like it. this apt is just 7 mins walk to the train station and bus stop and rite next you ''ll get all the access to Anz, common wealth and st. georges bank, wolworths, indian restaurants, thai etc. Also this place is on the airport line jus 15 mins from padstow and 25 mins to central. if you need to know anything else plz feel free to email me or call me.
