It's fully furnished place with complete interiors, Sofa set, dining table, double beds, Chairs, A/C in all rooms, home theatre system in all rooms, 2 TV Sets, 2 DVD players, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, toasters, Gas etc and all other requirements.
Currently i stay there alone and looking for a partner to share. The total rent per month is 22000/- and electricity, newspaper etc. are other expenses. Rent for the partner will be 10000. No brokerage will be charged, i've already paid it. I've already paid 50000/- as a deposit and it has to be equally shared.
The flat is located in a very peaceful and excellent society. It has amenities like reserved parking, garden etc.
