The flat is fully furnished, has a TV, fridge, 24hr water supply, AC in the bedroom, and 2 cupboards, decent amount of storage space, but not too much!
The rent is INR 26000/-
we are looking for someone who is ok with smoking and drinking, as 3 out of 4 people are smokers.
The rent will be 5500 per month, and the deposit is INR 1,00,000/- So we also need the person to foot 20000/- towards deposit.
The lease is for 11 months and we have moved into the flat on 4th of september, so do the math :P
