I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with a roommate at Orsini in Downtown LA. The apartment is 930 per person. The possible move in date is 28th of May and the lease ends at the end of August. Its a very convenient location with walmart, star bucks, burger king and other restaurants right opposite to the apartment building. It is just 10 mins from LA live, Staples Center, Regal Cinemas and the metro station. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a laundry unit within the apartment and I have an assigned parking spot. Gym, pool, steam, screening room, students lounge are some of the amenities here. Let me know if you are interested! :)
