Subletting a room for the apartment having :• 1 large spacious bedroom and living room with separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms in apartment• Fully furnished kitchen with microwave, and utensils.• Room heaters are available in each room.• Complete wooden Flooring and NO BED bugs issues at all.• Laundry service is available inside the apartment.• USC Trams (route stop is right outside the complex.• 7 minutes by walk and 4 minutes by bike to USC campus and just 300 meters is Figueroa road for all food eateries.- DPS patrolling and campus cruiser area• Swimming pool.The room will be shared with one more person. But there is enough space for all.Bed, Table, Lamp , fan - everything is already present. So you dont need anything.Rent is around 433$ per month per bed. Whole room available for 800$. But I am willing to negotiate and decrease.
