I'm looking for a roommate. If you're a girl who's looking to share an apartment in the heart of Srinagar Colony, let me know. The house is on the main road 3 minute's walk away from an auto rank, a couple of major supermarkets, hospital, ATMs and a heap of places to eat. The apartment itself is on the second floor, off the main street (so its quiet :)), well ventilated, comes with a TV, fridge, a fully set up kitchen, a balcony and an amazing cook who makes brilliant home cooked food and keeps the house in order. Absolutely no water problems. Also included: a covered car park and security personell. Your room comes with an attached western bathroom and built-in wooden wardrobes. The rent is just Rs 4620 + 375 maintenance (Rs 4995) per person! Utilities will be extra.
