Hi, Just moved to Austin from India as a grad student at UT. I leased a 2 br/1 bath unit at Hyde Park, about 1.5 miles of campus and need a roommate for the second room as soon as possible. The place is really nice with the following features: Minutes from UT, Downtown, and Hyde Park shops and restaurants On bus route to campus Walk-in closets Beautiful sparkling pool shaded by our 100 yr. old oak tree There is only one bathroom but it is quite large with two separate sinks.The rooms are pretty large with walk-in closets. cable and internet already setup. I have purchased some furniture but some of it still needs to be added... I am pretty easy going, and fun to be with. Look forward to hearing from you!">
