About the location :-
1) 3 minutes by bus to either East or West Croydon or 10 minutes walk
2) Trains every 5 minutes to London Victoria (15 Minutes approx), Bridge (12 Minutes approx), and Gatwick Airport (15 Minutes)
3) 20 Minutes Wimbledon by Tram and 10 Minutes to Clapham.
4) All local shops are 2-3 minutes walk including Tesco’s, Co-op food, Indian Groceries etc.
5) Brixton, Norbury, Norwood, Streatham, Tooting are close by with direct buses/trains.
6) We have good friends (Indian IT Professionals) in the neighbourhood and do occasional get together.
The Rent for the room is £425 PCM and includes all the bills i.e Light, Gas, Water, Council, Internet etc.
