Hi, we have a good decent 580+ sqt home located at City One, Shatin. The locality is quite peaceful with walking, cycling, malls and river side area. You can walk around the river area and enjoy the breath of it. We have 3 bedrooms, one hall, one kitchen and one bathroom. We are ready to provide a separate room for the person as well. The rent is 13800hkd + utility bills. If we have you we pay around 4800 hkd each every month for rent + vegetable and grocery expenses + utility. We prepare fresh food all three times. We are looking for someone who can adjust with us and being a Indian, vegetarian and know to cook as well like us. So that we can share the work at home.Initial advance is 9800 hkd
