A very huge single bedroom is available for occupation on TaylorOakley(opposite to Bacci's Pizza). There are 3 other girls in the house, 2 of them are UIC graduate students and the other is a working professional. Apartment has a coin-laundry in the building. This place is close to bus routes 157, 12, 49 and 7. Couple of minutes to get to Pink and Blue lines. UIC shuttle stop is right across the street (2 mins by walk).We are looking for someone who is tidy and who is willing to participate in the cleaning the house. You will have to clean the common area monthly once and the restroom 3 weeks once. Perfect location if you are UIC student or doing your rotations in Rush hospital or if you have your workplace in down-town. We prefer vegetarians and vegans but if you are a non-vegetarian who is not going to cook meat in house that will also work! Rent: $400pm & Utilities: $50-$60pm.
