The address for the building is 1700 E 56th. It's a beautiful full amenity building with a doorman and package pick-up facility. The apt itself is on the 4th floor. It's a surprisingly large 650sqft studio and the kitchen and bathroom are both separate from the living room. There's plenty of closet space as well. The apt will be fully furnished, with a queen bed, couch, TV, TV stand, study table, cutlery & crockery, shower curtains and a small dining table and chair. I'm going to ask the landlady to re-carpet the place as well. I'm subletting this place for $750 which includes rent, utilities, basic cable and internet. So essentially, all costs are included in this price. It's great for folks with less furniture or new incoming students. Lease starts from early- or mid-September, although the exact is still uncertain. I'm also open to school-year leases (9-10 months of the school year). Please let me know if any of you or your friends might be interested in this place. I can show you the place even now as the current tenant is a good friend of mine.
