I am looking for a female roommate who is willing to stay in a spacious hall of a one bed apartment near Loyola University. Its about 4/5 min walk to Northwestern Shuttle stop/CTA bus/ train stop(Loyola red line). It takes 25-30 min to reach Chicago downtown by the red line/bus 147 and 10 min to Devon Indian Groceries by a direct bus 155 .It takes around 20 min by shuttle to reach the Northwestern University. Actual rent is $605 per person, but since I am occupying the bedroom the rent for the hall is $530. There is a Chase bank and 7/11 store in the ground floor of the apartment. Apt is well maintained and has a doorman. Dishwasher and gym are available too.
