Rent per person is 210$ per week. For a couple 420$ for the whole room and own bathroom per week. Rent includes water/ electricity/ gas/ use of equipments provided in the house/everything. I am hunting for another girl as well to share that room because the rooms rent is 420$ total and it needs to be shared by 2 girls if one is paying only 210$.
