We are two young professionals (2 22 y/o males). Both RNs at Johns Hopkins Hospital. We have a huge beautiful townhouse with 3 bedrooms/4 1/2 bathrooms and a finished basement for a 4th bedroom. The bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans. The basement is carpeted with no ceiling fan. High ceilings throughout. One bedroom for rent is 15ft x 12ft feet with a closet that is 12ft x 2 1/2ft and a full bathroom. The basement is a huge 37ft x 17ft with a full bath and closet. W/D is in the basement as well. There is surround sound throughout the house and each room has its own volume control. Updated kitchen. Back yard is about 17ft x 22ft.
We want 2 roommates so that the rent $700/month. If we only find 1 roommate by December 1st rent will be $933/month until we get a 4th. We think we should find people quickly though because this place is great and so is its location. We don''t know exactly how much utilities will be but wouldn''t expect it to be more then $100/person with 4 people. We are energy savers and hope you will be too. Security deposit is $700 or $933 depending on if we find 2 roommates by December 1st.
We recently moved here from just outside of Boston, MA. We both love our jobs and work hard. We are very easy going, respectful, and open minded. We are not neat freaks but clean up after ourselves very well (especially in common areas). We have been bestfriends since 8th grade and get along very well (never any arguments or fights). We hope it will be the same with you. We love to have people over to eat and drink until late at night but we don''t over due it at all. We enjoy the nightlife (bars, etc.).
As for you, when you read this we should seem like people you feel you will get along with. If your similar to us in the simple ways I described before I believe we could get along well. You also need to be a young professional with a career and steady paycheck of course. Sex, race, whatever, none of it matters to us.
