I am a PhD student at university of New Mexico. I try to keep my place neat and clean and expect the same from my co- tenants. I am a vegetarian but you cooking meat for urself will not bother me. The place is huge, 650 sq feet, but it is a one bedroom apartment so both of us don't get a room. However, I respect your privacy, so we can work that out. I have other people staying with me until the 15th of December so the room will only be available from the 15th. You are welcome to stop my anytime after the 30th as you arrive to the United States to check out the apartment.The rent is 630 so 315 per head + electricity bill/2 (approximately 30 at most per month) + Internet/2 ( approximately 55) = so total of around 360 bucks a month. The apartment as I said comes with a pool + gym and free parking. You can also get a covered parking but you will have to pay a little extra.
