Features: two living areas, one with French doors opening onto a flourishing (though small) garden, with rear access for a bicycle. Modern kitchen and laundry with all appliances (gas stove, electric oven). Hydronic heating makes for cosy winters, but house is environmentally efficient (so bills are easily kept low - around $40/month plus phone).
Bedroom on offer is bright but cool in the summer (high ceilings), with two built-in robes (heaps of storage) either side of a non-functioning open fire place (further storage). Room accommodates queen size bed and is close to central bathroom (exclusive use offered - except for guests).
