Hi, we have a cosy, private and fully furnished en-suite downstairs with a small backyard. Lots of light, in. Fact this is the best part of the house. Would love to have a flat mate (preferably a woman) who will keep the studio neat and clean. The room is equipped with all the essentials including a small fridge. Kitchen at the first level I can be shared. Ours is a 82 home neighbourhood with tennis court and other infrastructural needs. The house is warm, modern, well-insulated and double glazed. I live with my partner Hari and a dog upstairs.
