I'm an Indian student and a Roman Catholic from the state of Tamilnadu doing Master here at Melbourne looking for a private room that is not far away from the RMIT Melbourne campus and Melbourne showgrounds. The rent should be 400 AUD to 600 AUD per month, not more than that including electricity, water, gas and internet bills.It would be highly appreciated if the room comes with it's own bathroom and kitchen might be shared.If you have any proposals, please feel free to contact me via email, cause that's what I do regularly check .If it's gonna be a shared room, it might be good to share with someone who just knows Tamil irrespective of their mother tongue/state where they are from to get the feel of not being lonely or distanced far away from home.I would further discuss only upon inspecting the property cause that's what's been recommended over all the rental advice sites.
