We are an indian couple looking to fill our spare bedroom in our house.. it is located in newlands which is a 10 minute drive into the city. The bus stop to go into town is literally opposite the house and takes 15 minutes to get into the city. The room is furnished or can be unfurnished if needed. . The rest of the house is furnished. It is a very well insulated place with a fireplace. Have a secured car park that can be used. In close proximity to new world which is a minute walk away. Have parks nearby too to go for a run.
