Flatemate needed : I have taken unfurnished 1BHK on rent. I have subsequently fully furnished it. I am currently staying alone and looking to add one flat mate. Total rent is Rs 20,000 per months so it will be shared between two occupants thus Rs 10,000 per person per month. In addition to the rent, person will have to bear electricity charges and cooking gas charges (if he opts for home-made food). Person has put bedsheet and start living. This flat is in Railwaymen Apna Ghar society near pump house (Andheri East). This is 1.8 km from Andheri east railway station. Sharing auto is available from station to pump house and vice versa.
