Less than ten minutes walk to train station, shops and Chisholm tafe. There are several take away stores and a 711 very close by. I am located closer to the beach st end of Stanley st. (The circle on the map is at the further end of Stanley st so it looks far away) The house is quite spacious and comfortable with a split system, wall heater and unlimited WIFI NBN. The kitchen has many appliances and a microwave for your own exclusive use. The washing machine is ex commercial and so is very large. The best feature is the large living room and the nice view of the back yard which is very lush and green with quaint areas to sit and relax. Your room is furnished with double built in robes with mirrors, a good quality A/C for summer and is located next to the front door and bathroom on the other side.The mattress is brand new still in original wrapping. I can provide a study desk if you want also. Large backyard. Off street parking. Pets are OK. This house has only two bedrooms so It will be only you and myself.I am relaxed, easy going, non judgemental.In my spare time I play acoustic guitar, go for walks, listen to music, watch movies or documentaries.I am usually out in the late afternoon/evening.I would prefer a vegan flatemate if possible but it doesn't really matter either.I am happy to have someone on Newstart allowance or disability pension. jamespython13 at gee mail
