Room for Rent.I have a 2BHK, and want to rent out one room. The room has a separate attached bathroom and big closet.About room: Queen bed with nice mattress, study table, attached closet, attached bathroom, shoe rack, nicely decorated.About living area: Sofa recliners, TV, full kitchen, washer/ dryer inside unit, AC/heaterAbout community: Located right on the highway, has gym, excellent swimming pool and club area. Room mate preference - Indian in late 20s who is okay with non veg and who can keep room clean. He will have to sign an application with the community ( $60) and give me a deposit of $500 ( which I will refund when he leave the lease).Rent includes : utilities, electricity, washer/dryer, High speed Internet, furniture, month 2 month no worry lease, renters insurance and Parking. Rent is $900 including everything.Note: Room is only for single person, no-sharing
